I am sure that any nurse would be able to work with the aforementioned dx's, Dolly. Not sure about the capacity, as it would depend on what the job's description is.
I also figure that that the employer should know about the dx's, as that would come up during a physical.

To answer your question a nurse who uses universal precautions properly can work with these diagnoses. However would you really want to risk infecting patients. Most employer's do require that you be honest in the interview and physical process so this information would come out. I knew a nurse who was HIV + and worked for years. the employer knew about it as well. But that was in the psych hospital where there is actually very little exposure to blood and body fluids.
