Thinking about doubling my sourdough starter.
I'm here just busier than a one legged man in a but kicking contest. I make sourdough too only I don't bake much in the summer. It gets to hot and my starter usually dies and stinks up the house. I also make my own Feta cheese when the Goat and sheep farm has milk for sale. I can't stand cows milk feta. I'm on call for the entire territory this weekend. Three counties and 75 homes - wish me peace.....

Have you considered making sour dough pancakes? When I double the batter, I use non-bleached flour; keep it in the fridge.

Well, I went to work today, at work, I worked, then I came home from work. On the way home, I bought my macho burrito from Del Taco, I arrived home, and have eaten my macho burrito. I am contentedly awaiting sleep, pleased by the thought of not having to worry about going back to work for two whole days! :vulture:
