Great idea, Cat!
I think my first tip and probably most valuable one I can offer is to strive to always remain calm. There are plenty of tense situations where the healthcare professional must remain composed. Very often one unraveled staff member can start a chain reaction- you be the calm voice of reason who says "okay everybody, take a deep breath." That should bring everyone back.
