Morning Ya'll,
Up and at 'em to start the week and close out the year. Hope you all had a safe happy holiday! Me - I've got a ton of year end stuff to do plus check in the meds for January for 36 people. Cougar - Have a cup of coffee for me - I can't keep anything on my stomach this early!

I should drag self downstairs and call PESI---have a Continuing Ed course I'd like to take, and should call in. Would have done it last week, but with the Holi-daze.......

Found out we ARE having visitors for New Years Eve. Already have some ideas what I am going to have. Everything will be in moderation, so doen't worry.
Having shrimp and cocktail sauce, taco dip, maybe a pizza.....maybe one or two other things.
I have a great cheese tort that I learned off the FOOD network - It's easy to make and delish~!!!!!
I add the cut tops of green onions to my taco dip. Just slice/snip 'em and put them on top with the rest of the 'stuff'. Hey, nothing gets wasted.
Still slow, eh? Must be the Post-Holiday sloth. Then again, it IS Monday, right? That would do it for me.
Am waiting till Thursday or Friday, as we are supposed to have a high of---get this!---51 degrees. Of course, the temp will plung the next day or two. Oh, what joy (not!).
