Hi, I have been looking online to buy some NCLEX review books to study with. My question is what are the alternate type questions that they keep talking about? Are they the select all that apply? I appreciate any help so that I buy the right books. Thanks.
Buy the latest edition, Sonya and look on the book cover to see if there is a statement about the latest test format. The book should be more recent than April 2010. The fifth edition of Saunders Comprehensive Review is now out and it is the latest. Saw it online from the publisher the other day for $58 and change. Saunders is the most widely recommended review source. You also should consider the second edition of the Linda LaCharity book on prioritization and the Kaplan review book for test strategies.
