NCLEX - State Board Exam

I took my boards for the second time today. First time I stopped at 130 (I think) and this time I stopped at 129. I have also heard that if you have answered the last couple of questions correctly, chances are that you passed. Any truth in this???

I've taken the test many times, three times to date I am on number 4. Can someone give me advice on what to do. I've taken thousands of questions and a review class. The bad thing is that I've been out of college for a year and I max out my chances to take the test for a colorado license, so I'm applying to my home state of Ohio because they don't have a limit. In the three times I've had 265 then 75 then 265. Help!!
