I need your nurse bully stories

I am doing some research into nurse bullies in the workplace. Any feedback would be much appreciated. 1)I would like a description of the bullying. 2) Did you end up leaving your job because of it? 3) Any feedback as to why you believe you were targeted. 4) Any comments on why you think some nurses are bullies? in our culture bullying might seem cool, or rad, or whatever the new word for hip is. people might be bullies because they feel insecure or that's the way they've been taught to act or because it seems cool or rad. they target people who are to nice to confront them. it's a game to them. they get off on it. what do you mean by bullying?
