CHEER Dorothy Jane (Burger) Baylor, 59, What Cheer, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Jane has been cremated. Visiting hours will be 6-8 p.m. today, Sept. 18 at the United Methodist Church in What Cheer.
