Is the Pay still worth it??????

I've been traveling for awhile and it seems that the pay isn't worth it anymore! After your housing/cost of living, I make as much as I do agency in my home state and sometimes less!!! If anyone knows of good states please contact me. $2000/month stipend and >$30/hr seems to be scarce any more
