I am involved with Radiology. One day we had a doctor's order for a Cervical Spine Series and under the Special Instructions it said: "Pay close attention to C-8"........I hope I don't have to explain the problem with that statement to any other nurses or doctors out there!

Compared to some of the wackier orders I've taken off, progress notes I've read and patient comments I've had to struggle not to laugh out loud at, nothing surprises me these days.
