I think the traits nurses have that can make them successful as entrepenuers would be summed up in the concept of: "Some people do what they can, and others do what needs to get done". Nurses generally fall into the latter category. Driven from their assessment skills - nurses have the ability to weave a pattern from all the pieces of the puzzle!
There are many companies out there using nurses to do just this - be their own entrepeneaur and work independantly for one commen goal. Nurses are not all about hospitals anymore. You can have autonomy, independance, flexible schedule AND the security of a corporation backing you up. All from home with competetive wages!
