what other supplemental resources do you use to keep up with your nursing knowledge base? What are some things that you found helpful with your chosen specialty?

I have kept my Med-Surge book and Fundamentals of Nursing book since I have finished shcool. I use them as reference when I get home for whatever questions I might have. I also use eMedicine online. Right now I am not subscribed to any journals.
