Question Dissociative Disorder & Multiple Personalities

It has been discussed often this week, some staff is calling BS and others are leaning towards DID.

What do you think? Real or FOS?

If you have cared for this type of patient, what has worked intervention wise and any other tips would be helpful.

I don't really have an opinion yet since I haven't had a patient like this before or at least is hasn't been Dx'd yet.

never had a patient like this. what is BS mean? if one has multiple personalities that they're not aware of that would be psychosis. if you're aware of them that would be a coping mechanism.
in order to really enjoy a dog, one doesn't mearly try to train him to be semi-human. the point is to open oneself to the possibility of becoming partly dog. :o
