PPR, Trustaff, TRS ???

Has anyone ever heard of or dealt with the following
agencies:
Trustaff
PPR
TRS/The Right Solutions

Each initially offered me travel contracts....and then
came up with interesting paperwork roadblocks.

Thanks in Advance.
