first time traveler NYC

I'm a 27 year old male nurse with 2 years med/surg/tele experience. I want to travel to NYC in late feb. I've talked to other travelers and read the forums i know the basics but it tends to get confusing. Basically what i'm after is good agency reccomendations that back their nurses. any input will be very helpful.

We have quite a few Med Surg needs right now in New York - just outside the city - The pay is $42/hr with private housing and travel reimbursement...we offer first day benefits and quite a few others...
