    Traveling Couple Needing Help

My wife and I are both RN's working in Labor and Delivery and Telemetry respectively. We are planning to begin traveling together around March 05. We do not know any couples who are RN's and travel together so we are in the dark here as to what to expect or demand. What is a great company to work for? We were considering beginning in the Branden Florida area first, or possibly California or Arizona. We have been looking into the Fastaff company. Any help is grealy appreciated.

Alot of nurse couples travel together. I have been a travel nurse for 4 years. Make sure you sign on with a traVel company that offers free private housing. One of you can take the apt and the other can take the stipend. don't initially tell the company you are traveling together so they don't lower your stipend. first ask what the housing stipend is for that assignment then tell them you have a spouse. Or you can take shared housing which should be free and you can get a two bedroom for yourselfs.(they should provide each of you a room} This would come in handy when company comes as they usually do wheb you are a traveler. Make sure you get a referral bonus for one of you.
