What's out there for Public Health Nurses?

Just wondering. I have a good job right now where I've been for the last 4 years but I'm just curious to see if there is something else out there worth pursuing? If the pay is right, I'll consider doing a lateral career move.

I currently work for the local Regional Center as a nurse coordinator.

I guess not a whole lot............
