    narcotic restriction and working-Nashville tn

Hi, I'm a participant of Tennessee Professional Assistance Program. I have not worked since 12/2005. I went for rehab in December 2005 and have been in recovery since then. (best thing thats ever happened to me in my life) However, I'm finding it frustrating to find a job with my 1 year narcotic restriction. I did not have any legal problems. I pray for God's guidance and I try to do the "footwork" but it's getting discouraging. Any suggestions on where to look for jobs? (not specifics, but in general) thanks so much

    :luck:

I am a nurse in Texas beginning to go back to nursing. I will have a 6 month restriction. My new RN manager has matched with another person that recently got off of TPAPN. My RN manager and new employer seem to be TPAPN friendly. THus making it easier for me. My advocate is also employed at this hospital. Good Luck to you.:luck:
