This position is for a RN with at least one year of recent hemodialysis exp. The nurse will be training patients for a home hemodialysis program using the Nxstage machine. This is a small machine that only weighs about 50-60 lbs and it uses tap water. Training will take place in the dialysis center M-F 8:00 – 5:00. The nurse will be working one on one with patients for a peariod of about 15-28 days at a time. There is some call time, but it is all done over the phone.
