29 November 2004: Japan, Philippines likely to finalise FTA pact:"Under the labour framework, nurses and nursing care providers from the Philippines will be allowed to work in Japan, under special visas."

Seem like everyone is looking for nurses, and looking to other countries for foreign-trained nurses as well.

One idea I'd like about Japan's rules, is that nurses who come over must be fluent in the language before they can practice.

America could learn a bit from them.
