Good morning, everyone! It's gonna be another warm one here; rain's been forecast, and I say, 'When?'.

Work is work....what else is new? Nothing changes. :p

I'm getting ready to go to my meeting hope they ask for my opinion...or they might get it anyway.....hmm more efficient??? They might hear more efficient :)

I was asked what I thought today...I was also the spokesperson for my little group...the "facilitators" for this meeting came from factory backgrounds I don't know they understood what we were talking about. I'm sure there are a few more ways to be more efficient but when you have it down to bare staff or max patients you already have to be pretty efficient....I think in the long run they want us to say we could do something better with less help......NOT
