RN
ADN 2 years
BSN 4 years
MSN 6 years
ARNP
CRNA
ADN and BSN usually make the same general pay rate but that differs by location with more advanced degrees you make more. The more advanced the degree the more you can advance into management or education (education makes less then hospital staff)
