Not sure about the 60/15 breakdown, but do know there are some 'test' questions out there.
Here's Good Luck to ya!

Hello there,
I tested yesterday morning. There is/was so much anticipation for it. However I really cannot say how I did! I do not know. For me it seemed so much easier than all I've heard. This is what worries me. So many people say they are 'sure' they failed but, I am not 'sure' at all.
I have heard that the test is really only 60 questions plus 15 questions that the boards are test driving. So, it is hard for me to grasp that the last few years of school and training can be evaluated in ONLY 60 questions!! I know that we are confidentially bount not to reveal the 'content' of the questions but, they do tell us the breakdown of the type of questions so, I am confident that is not a violation.
Most all of mine were those 'which patient would you assess first?' or 'which patient would you encourage d/c in order to make room?' I guess I can see how they can glean how much you 'know' by your choices on those.
However, again, I do not "know" how I really did! AGh,
Gen

Forgot to ask....how many questions DID you have?????
Hello there,
Got 75 questions. I do know of two people, now, that failed at 75 so I really hope I did okay. Really, it felt waaaay too easy. I hope that it felt that way only d/t relativity compared to the exams and quizzes from my nursing instructors. Really, my program was pushing people to drop back or quite right up until the last two weeks! They were tough, (I know, they ALL are).
Gen-still waiting and hoping to goodness I passed...
I know....worst two day wait of my LIFE! Only thing worse was the LPN Boards years before: pencil and paper, waiting 6 whole weeks for results. Talk about waiting.......
