Dear Recruiters,

I really would appreciate if you can take couple of minutes to answer these questions for me.

I am doing some rearching on Reference Checks on Nurses. Here are my questions:

1). Do you collect the information from all the Facilities they work? Per Unit? or just per Assignment in a Facility?

2). Do you keep track of these data in a software? or Paper?

3). How much time will take go fill out a Reference Check form for one of your current/previous employees?

4). Do the Facilities want to see some kind of Reference information per each Assignment of the Nurse? What percentage wants to see that?
