What's missing?

If you could redesign the travel nursing industry what would you change?

higher pay, more paid vacation/sick days- basically, SHOW US THE MONEY!!! :)

I'm relatively new to travel nursing.

Has the travel nursing industry declined, or is it improving?

I am also relatively new to the industry, but it is definitely growing and from what I have read it is gaining more and more acceptance among nurses. But you nurses would know better than me.
