Happy first day of September, all! I've said it before, and I'll say it a gain....this year has gone by fast.

I'm just reading mail etc right now while my 8 yr old screams at his "stupid computer" while he loses a game. Dh is sleeping his new baby got him up early this morning.
I have to give the new baby a bath in a little while so she doesn't stink like dog then take her over to mom's so she can puppy sit while we go to St Louis today (plan to leave about noon) The boys are going to the Cardinals/Reds game and I'm going shopping at Union Station. I have Daughtry tickets for Monday night.
I'm off until Tuesday when I have to go in for P&P meeting

When I had my dog, it was a looong drawn out thing to give him a bath. Used scraps of Ivory soap, 'melted' in water, and he never smelled 'doggy'.

Have fun shopping, and see if you can get me any bargains!

Hello all.
I am trying to recover from a very long and tiring pass week. It means that Fall isn't too far off and that is just fine with me. This Summer weather has been too hot and humid.

I'm counting down the days. Only two more days until I start my job. Actually, it all starts with 2-5 days of general new nurse orientation which includes: HR, benefits, a med calc exam, and then lots of short presentations on many topics dealing with patient care.

Today was nice though. After seeing the new Halloween yesterday, I couldn't really sleep. lol I had a wedding to play at today. It was at a nice little garden area at a winery.
