Good Morning and Hello,
My name is Rae, I am new to the forum. I am mom of 4 incredible kids and married to the greatest and most loving man on earth.. YEAH ME!!..
I'm also a RN. My specialty is ICU/CCU and Cardiac/Pulmonary nursing. Due to a severe injury which is also being complicated by Rheumatoid Arthritis, I have recently left the hospital and moving into LTC. Its a big transition for me.
It's a quite an adjustment. I used to work as a CNA while I was going through nusring school years ago, I was one for 4 years. So I remember what I loved about LTC. Being the nurse now.. is entirely different. I will have lots of questions for the LTC group.
Thanks for listening.:)
