So, yesterday I finally got my next assignment- beginning 12/3, I will be starting an assignment in the ER at Kaiser Hospital in San Diego- yay!!! Can't wait to get out of this cold.....

I've been in Cedar Rapids since August- my contract here ends 11/24, we'll leave that weekend for Cali.
I worked 8 today as an extra shift then 12 tomorrow doing scheduled OR's the first 8 hours then in charge post partum and it's a big GYN surgery day YUCK I hate going from L/D 8 hours to 4 hours charge it's hardly time to figure things out before it's time to leave...I work Saturday because someone had something to do so they took my Sunday last week and I'm working this one....going to watch survivor tonight make me quit watching reality crap TV LOL
Ya know, Cass....our lives are more reality than anything they show on TV. Guess that's why I couldn't get into those shows. :rolleyes: Well, that and I usually work 3-11's. Good luck with the shifts, though.
