Getting shocked during a heart attack....
I have defibrillated a patient in v-fib before the doctor got in the room- if a patient is in v-fib, and the doctor doesn't get in the room right away, you can bet I'm going to follow ACLS protocol until they get in there- and that includes defibrillation for v-fib.
