What's the most visited chatrooms and sites for nurses?

Hi I'm Allan of South Norwalk Connecticut. I just want to know the most visited sites and or chatrooms for nurses. I am actually a nurse recruiter. I came all the way from the Philippines and is new here in the states. Two of my urgent desire is to have at least a basic familiarization of the place, the culture and the lifestyle of the profession I am dealing with (certified nurses), and seek ways to widen my network.

Any help and assistance somebody could provide me will be highly appreciated.
