    pediatric nursing

    Im a 11th grader at santiam high school and i was wondering what classes i should be taking to help me when i get to college.

    So you want to be a nurse....God Bless You!! Take all the math and science you can. Anatomy and physiology too. Depending on your grades there are some programs where seniors can go to the local community college and start basic courses toward nursing. If you are strapped for money, you can call a local hospital and ask if they have any programs where you can ex-tern. That means you can work there while in school and they will stipen or pay for your education. Try to go for your BSN right out of high school but if that is not possible just go later.
