First option: I suggest you get a start-up guide to help you start. They usually include all the information needed to pass the licensure process and run a succesful business. start-up guides can be purchased at a low cost.
Second option: Make friends with someone that works at a nurse registry. It will be an opportunity to tap a wealth of knowledge. Or you can try getting a job at a registry to learn the business inside out
