Tennesee?

New to this forum, any travelers here that have worked in Nashville or Knoxville TN? Any preference to either city?
I'm in portland OR and need more sun, but cannot afford San Diego CA.
This forum could use a few thousand more nurses.

Just spent a couple of days in Gatlinburg. It was nice. It is like going back in time fifty years, but nice.

I agree..I have never been to this website before tonight and I think it's great. I've never been to TN before, but I'll tell you the east coast (Boston) is awesome in the summer time. If you are looking for something to do on your days off...you'll never be board. But if you are looking to veg out on a beach somewhere I LOVED Clearwater FL.
