I'm working- like I usually am- LOL I just got back from the gym had a kick a$$ workout! I love it! I love getting all pumped before I go:cry_smile:- I sit in my cube and listen to some music to get me going- and then when I get there- I plug in and get lost in another world... LOL :shades_smile: LOVE IT!

Just wanted to pop over and say HI! And see what you guys were uo to today- and check in. TTYL!

I'd work out, but recent GI problems preclude me from doing anything more strenuous than walking up stairs and trying to corral the pets. Pedometer says I'm doing fairly well..... :p
