most hospitals require at least 1 year some are going more towards 2 years but I still wouldn't let that stop you - I would still talk to companies and see what is out there !!

Hello, my fiance and I are both RNs. Neither of us have travel experience. She has about 1.5 years experience in NICU, I have about 6mo in IMC/step down.
We would really like to do an assignment in HI. How much experience would we need? Of course we would need to work with the same company & hospital, and live together
