How about a base pay for ER staff nurse, 1 year experience, dayshift.

For a regular staff nurse in SD, not a traveler, I believe the base pay is around 29-32/hour, if you worked ER days with 1 year experience.
What about for an ICU(specifically Picu) nurse, rotating days & nights with 6 years experience? Is the pay any different for a nurse with a BSN as opposed to an Associate degree?

Not sure about that one- I believe the pay is the same regardless of whether you are ADN or BSN....
