Any thoughts on Senator Obama's choice for VP running mate, Senator Biden? IMHO, it is a good one. Normally, I'm a pro-military conservative repub. However, these days I'm a pro-military, open minded American seeking change.
I have NO interest whatsoever in Obama. PERIOD. He was elected to represent the State of Illinois, and has yet to do so. Other then that, I sense another FDR.
I can appreciate your sentiments since you are living Chicago. I, on the otherhand, have no interest in leaving to chance with Senator McCain that he would give us more of the same that we have had the past eight years. Of course, as you can imagine I highly respect Senator McCain for his past military service & POW status. Yet, IMHO this country of ours needs a new direction.

Gawd....I barely drank: one mixed drink and 2 half glasses of wine, and am buzzed. Haven't felt this good in ages. Mind you, i don't drink often, but this was an occasion. Her daughter's dad was and still is a jerk, and for 'mom' to finally find someone decent?! :beer_yum: I'll drink to that!
Evening all. I worked today...stayed up too late again last night and had to get up early :( work was the normals clear em out Saturday. Got stopped on the way home by a wreck for almost an hour I said I was going to be in bed by 10 but it's now 10:10 :( feel like I drank that drink :)
Not to sure on the Biden thing I was kind of wanting Bayh being I'm from Ind and his dad was a friend of my dad...that makes you qualified :)
