what is the average pay and what should I ask for?

I am on assignment with Foundation right now. I was just curious if I am asking enough.

A friend of mine left some company and is now getting $6 more per hour. I've been traveling for over 6 years in 13 states and have never made less than $35/hr with all the bennies too boot and charge pay of between in $2-$3.50. Don't let anyone tell you the south don't pay.
