I currently work in ICU where we have 4 out of 6 patients with hospital aquired infection. The environmental swabs are clear which would suggest that perhaps hand hygiene is not what it should be or parts of the environment have been missed. Staff moral affected and we are looking for solutions. Any helpful ideas?
