I'm a seasoned O.R. Nurse currently working in Seattle, WA but I'm seriously thinking about relocating to Austin Texas. Does anyone know what an experienced RN makes there? I've tried the salary calculators but they are very vague. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I am an RN who now recruits for PERMANENT placement jobs. We use a company that assists in the relocation process; running COL reports, best schools, real estate, salary comp.
