GOOOOOOOOOOOOD MORNING! Wow, I have today and Monday off from work. However, I have an 0900 Physical Therapy appointment this morning. Finally, will start a 3x's per week shoulder rehab regimen with PT at Brooke Army Medical Center.

It is great to be settled back in Central Texas! Tuesday, I start a 2 week Instructor Training Course. So far, my new job [OIC, Academic Standards] of Monday - Friday 0830-1630 with an hour lunch break is feeling good.

Well, look who showed up with coffee! I left the donuts. So much to do today, I'm running in circles. Gotta go get that coffee, though.

It's just now 10 pm so time for me to show up.....worked today only 3 to go.
We're watching Run fat boy run right now it's an ok movie nothing really great but DH got it from netflix.
