hi there! Im in the process of applying for RN endorsement application to the state of california and im currently in texas. Is it possible to do the livescan fingerprints here in texas or should it be done in california? thanks for any responses..

It can only be done in California- you can do it the day before you go to get your license. There is a list of Live Scan locations all over California on the CA BON website.
