Question for the RNs in the OR

    Hello Nurses,

I understand that as a nurse, you get sick and tired of recruiters contacting you regarding job opportunities. As a new recruiter myself, I find it difficult to make connections with nurses who want to work per-diem or travel assignments. I would like to work off referrals and would like to start networking and building relationships with those in the nursing industry. What advice or help can any of you give me in increasing my network.

    Thank you!

    Miss. Tired of cold calling

Please don't clutter the fax machine, i say this because one of our secretaries WILL call and get downright nasty to any recruiter that does.
