Cass, I could/would NOT do the limited carbs. Somehow, that whole diet just sounds strange to me.
Anyhow....off for the coffee IF I could lift the cup. Shoulder hurts pretty bad.

A little better- it's tolerable, but I'm still looking forward to being done in 8 weeks...

I had my 2nd orientation day today. They do lots of orientation today and yesterday hospital stuff..codes, accucheck, risk fall etc etc next 2 days computer then 2 days of unit orientation all ok with me. They also give lots of snacks, soda etc and free lunch during orientation...best came home and walked on the beach after a short drive back...met another traveler who will be on the same unit and shift so all is good
