Ah.....where is everyone? It's after 3:30......
I'm here now it's just after 6pm. I got off work this morning and got in bed by 8 and slept til just after noon then walked on the beach..it was a little cool but I wasn't swimming I walked 6.66 miles so says the pediometer.. I'd done almost 4 at work last night. just have to keep it up
I think this travel thing has helped my body mind and spirit (losing weight, less stress then staff, and finding things I enjoy again) :) I'm off tomorrow maybe I'll take myself to another movie maybe not.
Have gone through about 3 pedometers in a year or so. Dang things are cheaply made. :p So, have given up for the time being.

It's already Wednesday here in Israel. I am embarrassed to admit that I don't even know who Jennifer Hudson is, but was watching Fox News and following the story. Pretty creepy! We recently had a sad story here of a policeman who shot his wife and two young children and then committed suicide. It's pretty ugly out there in the world. Let's hope for better news.
