checking in before going to bed. getting over some stormy weather here today the gulf is really rolling there was flooding last night. Had a steady busy night at work now off a few days.
Today has been a rather slow morning. I am still giving some thought as to what kind of content I should contribute to the new "Care Plans" forum, as I am unsure as to how to begin such a venture. I am sure I will end up writing about 3 or 4 care plans today, and to think; I actually want to be a charge nurse in this unit one day. I am sure I will think of something to post; however, at the moment I remain undecided.
Despite my good intentions of getting my act together, taking it on the road, etc., I am still at home, and puttering.
We'll think of something later, Medic. If I think right now, I get a headache.
4 to 5 inches of snow on the way or so they say...just rain so far..what is everyone up to today?
Got something for the great-niece thus far. Nothing else. :p Dropped off timeslips; payday is tomorrow. Found out my Monday client got sent to the ER today d/t low K+.
I am sitting at the station, awaiting about 20 calls involving dumb teenagers trying to go 65 on these icy roads. To everyone at work right now where it is snowing; drive safely, there aren't enough IV kits for everyone.
Ya know, Medic....it ain't like the dang fools don't know that the snow is coming. Jay-sus! (As I type this, one of the stations just had the meat wagon go by; regular occurance.) :p
Am close the the I-55/I-80 junction, and the white stuff tends to follow either North or South of 80. I hate driving when that occurs.
Have at least narrowed a few things down with SIL as to what to bring to the family Snarf-Fest NEXT weekend. This weekend's food (rolls) still need getting. *Sigh* That is a must tomorrow after work.
