Hey, Kathy! Welcome to the site! Drop in as often as you can to de-stress, ask questions, etc. Just a warning....sometimes the guys can really take the Daily Thread to the limit!

Right now I am leaning to ICU or ER. I eventually want to be a travel nurse

I really am not too worried about boards right now. That will probably hit in March. I have used Test Success and RN Success along with MedsPub and Saunders NCLEX and I have done pretty well in my classes.

My school does a 4 day NCLEX review right after graduation and schedules most of us to take the boards the next week.

I just want to get this last semester started. We start with Cardiac and for some reason its very hard for me to grasp.

If anyone has any sites or ideas that might help I would greatly appreciate them

Thanks again!

Hello Kat,

Can you see the light at the end of the tunnel yet? Been hearing that a lot of new grads are having a hard time finding jobs.

Seems staff nurses are working so many extra hours, that new bodies just are not needed. There are also not a lot of preceptors to go around for new graduates.

Would plan your jobhunting carefully. You don't want to wait till the last minute.

Best wishes,

Andrew Lopez, RN

Well May is here. Good luck on your finals and then the dreaded NCLEX!
