Care Plans

I am a clinical instructor for both RNs and LPNs. We are currently in the process of revamping our assessment/care plans. If anyone has some samples that they could send to me or point me in the right direction as to where to find one it would be greatly appreciated.

I, too, am looking for Labor and Delivery care plans. If you have any luck, I'd love it if you would forward them to me. I hope to pre-print some.
