I recently attended the BEST class that I have ever attended for recert of my PALS from a local Phoenix organization and would highly suggest it for anyone needing initial or recert...will wait for administrator to give the name...however it was well worth the $$ to attend...the second day of class was focused on 'drugs of abuse' and confusing pathophys was explained with the best understanding.
Also, as an experienced uh hum ER nurse, I am scheduled to attend a class at a local Community College (Phoenix-area) for ER nurses...they also offer classes for critical care nursing and will start 20 Jan 09. Sounds like fun for someone who loves to be current.
