Welcome to the site, Marcia! Glad you found us.
I've been an ICU/ER nurse for 24 years with some management thrown in. I've just started dialysis. I ran into a lot of dialysis nurses in ICU who told me I'd just love it and started handing me out cards. After dwelling on this for awhile I made the leap. So far so good. I'm currently working in a chronic clinic for experience but am catching on quick. My goal is to do acute after a year. I'd love some input from others. What's the best way to get into acute? Best companies to travel with? Acute vs chronic? Thanks colleagues.

Welcome.
Hopefully some dialysis nurses will assist you.
